President of the Performing Musicians Employers Association of Nigeria (PMAN), officially inaugurated the Abuja chapter, signaling a new era of progress and opportunity for musicians in the region.

Addressing the newly inaugurated chapter, President Pretty Okafor highlighted the significance of proactive commitment among members, stressing the need for dedication to advance the music industry.

He underscored the assurance that registered members would gain exclusive access to the Afrobeat Music Festival slated for Atlanta next year.

“Membership is the gateway to opportunities,” President Pretty Okafor remarked, urging all musicians to register and join PMAN to leverage the numerous benefits available exclusively to members.

Reflecting on PMAN’s national achievements, President Pretty Okafor spotlighted significant milestones, including the acquisition of the PMAN Music House, the provision of radio equipment for Lagos and Abuja, and successful partnerships with international organizations, enabling members to participate in concerts abroad.

Sparrow Sydney, the newly inaugurated PMAN Governor for Abuja chapter, expressed gratitude for the inauguration and pledged to align the Abuja chapter with the guiding principles of the PMAN constitution. “We are committed to advancing the interests of our members and fostering a thriving music community in Abuja,” Governor Sydney affirmed.
